Guidelines For Emailing The RALC

Thank you for your interest in teaching in the North Carolina Public Schools. There are four Regional Alternative Licensing Centers (RALC) available to assist school districts in the licensing of teachers. Evaluations are provided by the centers for individuals seeking licensing.

The RALC’s limited resources dictates that individuals be self-directed. Employed teachers should contact the RALC through their human resources department.
